HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Australia wide deliveries
Please allow 48 hours for dispatch plus up to 10 business days for shipping. In majority of cases artwork will be delivered within 5 business days.
Please see each individual artwork listing for more details as depending on size and destination I use different couriers.
International deliveries
I will provide timelines together with quote for shipping. Please contact me before finalising your order.
WHAT IF I NEED IT URGENTLY?
If you need urgent delivery please contact me directly and I can see what I can do for you! Most of the smaller artworks I will ship with Express Australia post complimentary, for larger sizes extra fees may apply depending on what service I use (Australia post and couriers do have limits and/or surcharge for different sizes).

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are your responsibility so please keep this in mind. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, I recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
I AM NOT SURE IF ARTWORK WILL SUIT MY INTERIOR/HOME?
If you want to double check that an artwork will work well in your home, I can offer a complimentary service of mocking up artwork on your wall before you purchase. All I need is:
- A full picture of your wall from straight on
- Details of the artwork
- Framing options you'd like me to try - options are black and white.
I will send you back photos with artwork you are interested in on your wall.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Refunds and exchanges are NOT permitted. I provide a complimentary service of mocking up artwork on the walls to make sure you're happy with your decision before purchasing.
I do my best to represent the colours correctly for artworks and products, but colours you see on your computer screen or other device may vary slightly from the actual artwork or product.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit please take photos of the external box, the shipping label on the box and the damage to the artwork/frame or fault in them.
Please send all photos to me via e-mail within 7 days so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All orders are processed in Australian Dollars. We accept majority of the existing payment methods - Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Shopify payments and PayPal.
DO YOU HAVE ANY PAYMENT PLANS
Not at the moment, but Afterpay and ArtMoney is coming soon.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SPEND MY GIFT CARD?
Your gift card has no expiry date. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded so please treat them like cash. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or cancelled.
DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSIONS?
I love doing commissions. Please refer to “Commission” section of the website.
DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?
Mostly my artworks come unframed unless stated otherwise in product description. Having said that I will gladly arrange framing for you at extra cost. For Tasmanian Oak of Natural colour, Black and White it will take quicker to frame the artwork. Allow extra 2-3 weeks for framing. For all other options I will need to check with my local framer on availability and timelines. Please get in touch with me before finalising the order and I can confirm pricing and timelines.
